Customer Service Operative


An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing Lettings Agency/Housing Associations covering the whole of London. Our client provides property lettings and management services to over 3000 Landlords within London and this number is ever growing. Due to the rapid growth of our client and having recently just won a number of high profile property lettings and management contracts, our client is now seeking to recruit a team of professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Operatives.

As a Customer Service Operative, you will be responsible for dealing with telephone calls from Tenants, Landlords and Contractors regarding any problems or queries they may have. You will also be required to log all calls and emails received and resolve any enquiries as promptly as possible. You will be acting as the public identity of the company so excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are imperative and you must be able to remain calm and focused under pressure and use your initiative to resolve any problems that may arise. A high standard of customer service must be maintained at all times and you must strive to resolve any issues within the timescales presented to the customer.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is kind natured, friendly and has exceptional people skills. A warm telephone manner and excellent communications skills are essential along with the determination to succeed at customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of self discipline. The ideal candidate must be confident in their problem solving abilities and be able to adapt to different situations to work to resolve any problematic issues.
