Lettings Valuer - Croydon An opportunity has arisen to work for one of London’s fastest growing Lettings Agency / Housing Association covering South London and providing property lettings and management services to over 3000 Landlords. Due to rapid expansion and having been awarded a number of high profile property lettings and management contracts, our client is currently recruiting high calibre sales and lettings individuals, WITH property industry experience. CANDIDATES MUST BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH: • SOCIAL HOUSING AND THE EXPECTED STANDARDS OF DSS (DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY) PROPERTIES • THE STANDARDS REQUIRED TO LET PRIVATE PROPERTIES TO LOCAL AUTHORITY TENANTS • THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK RELATED TO THE LETTINGS INDUSTRY Ideally the candidate should have property lettings experience within the following area: • South London (Clapham, Croydon, Greenwich, Kingston, Richmond, Bexley and Bromley) Candidates must have the ability to develop business relationships with Landlords to secure properties for the various lettings and property management schemes available via the company. Individuals must be highly motivated to succeed, with excellent communication skills and an ability to meet and exceed targets. More Information?Our client provides candidates with the ability to earn uncapped commission based on performance with an attractive base salary (plus a tiered commission), with an OTE of £30,000 per annum. Other benefits will include the use of a company pool vehicle.
