Senior Broker Manager An opportunity has arisen to head up a team for a newly established (City of London based) Investment Company, specialising in diverse investment opportunities. Due to expansion requirements our client is currently recruiting a manager who will be in a senior position in charge of junior & intermediate brokers. NOTE: TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR COME FROM A SENIOR BROKING BACKGROUND WITH OPENING AND CLOSING SKILLS. Job Role: Heading up an existing team of five brokers - generating business for the team and increase your teams client base Closing deals for the company and your team is an essential part of the job so you must have experience in building a client base and increasing money under management as well as very good closing skills Eventually increase your team to ten members Training juniors on general sales techniques – opening and closing Advising potential investors on 8 different investment opportunities whilst offering diverse investment portfolios Asset classes offered - Property Ground Rents, Gold, Wine, Memorabilia, Carbon Credits, Commodities – the company is always looking at alternative investments and will be launching new products if necessary More Information?
