Senior Auditor - London, N21 An experienced Senior Auditor is sought to join an established Chartered Certified Accountants. THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! More Information? The Company An opportunity has arisen to work for a long established, family run accountancy firm based in North London. Our client provides accountancy services to a number of small and medium sized businesses. Due to rapid growth and expansion plans, together with reorganisation requirements, our client is now seeking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic auditor with strong audit experience. The successful candidate will have clear paths for career progression and will be expected to want such progression. The Role As a full-time Auditor, you will be responsible for managing key client portfolios as well as building and maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients. This person will ensure that all work allocated is carried out profitably and on a timely basis in accordance with the firm's professional standards and to the satisfaction of Clients and Senior Partner. You will be responsible for 15 audits and also deal with more complicated exempt accounts. You will be expected to be able to take audit assignments from initial planning stage to final sign off. Additional duties will include working with the other senior Accountants and Audit Partner assisting in the production and presentation of new proposals. The Candidate The successful candidate should be ACCA or ACA qualified and have a minimum of 5-6 years industry experience. The candidate should have excellent organisational skills along with clear communication and interpersonal skills. ‘Client facing’ experience is most advantageous but not a requirement. Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must. The candidate must also be a confident individual who can work well under pressure and well within a team. The job requires the candidate to work on their own initiative but work closely and report directly to the Partner when required. They must carry a professional approach at all times, work proactively and work to tight deadlines. The role pays a basic salary of between £38,000 - £45,000, based on experience. Note: For exceptional candidates there may also be the opportunity to be invited for a Salary Partnership. Partnership or Equity Stakes would only be discussed with ‘partnership material’ candidates.
