An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing Lettings Agency/Housing Associations covering the whole of London. Our client provides property lettings and management services to over 3000 Landlords within London and this number is ever growing. Due to the rapid growth of our client and having recently just won a number of high profile property lettings and management contracts, our client is now seeking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Property Buyer.

As a Property Buyer, you will be responsible for locating suitable properties that meet required standards in order to offer as housing to our client’s Tenants. You will be expected to source the relevant properties, assess their suitability and negotiate with Landlords or Agents to agree a sale price. You will also be expected to complete the purchasing process including any legal documentation that is required.

This role offers and excellent opportunity to build a career in property sales and investment and build an investment property portfolio. This role would suit an independent, enthusiastic individual who is confident in their ability to build relationships and negotiate to get the best deal. The ideal candidate is preferred to have some previous experience in property sales but should have some sort of background in general sales based roles and also have a basic understanding about the property market.
