Pavan has exceptional communication skills along with the ability to build and maintain healthy working relationships. He left school at a young age and opted for a career in sales.

Pavan has worked for a number of companies adding enthusiasm, diversity and a ‘touch of class' to every sales team. After leaving his previous role, Savills Estate Agents, he joined Chamaleon to build a successful career in recruitment.

Pavan recruits varied industry sectors, with particular focus on Sales, Property and IT. His working knowledge within these is unique.
